Following provides details regarding what we are planning for 2020-2021. It is our goal to provide flexible options for our lacrosse families all while staying safe and engaged. For that reason we will be opening a few different registrations to provide options for families.
In documents you will find our SYL Return To Play document updated with guidelines we will follow at Salmon Creek. Also, a COVID waiver has been added to registration. Please note that a Salmon Creek waiver will also be required prior to Session 1. These are all subject to change as we continue to follow guidelines.
It is critical that when you register you include all email addresses you want to be contacted with. We will be sending a google document health screener on each practice day to the email address entered in registration and this is how we will contact you with any information.
We will continue to evaluate as the school year progresses and make adjustments as necessary.
Salmon Creek Training Sessions
We are offering two 7 week training sessions, one Fall and one Winter. These are not our ordinary team practices. These are training sessions developed and run by our Spencerport Scholastic coaches (Coach Bill Buttaro & Tara Pittman). They will be in attendance and will bring a rotation of specialty coaches (boys), Scholastic players (girls) to each session in addition to our amazing coaches. We are also looking to schedule scrimmages with other town teams if regulations allow (there will be no games or scrimmages allowed at Salmon Creek in 2020).
If you have a credit from Spring and want to apply it, please regiser and then email me at () and I will manually enter your credit.
TSE League & Tournaments
As mentioned before, the TSE league and any Fall tournaments are tbd. If anything becomes available we will evaluate participation and open a separate registration for families who want to participate.
Spring Season - Registration will open in December
It is our goal to start Spring season early March.
We are not placing a uniform order until Spring registration closes. Please continue to use the pieces you have.
If you need any replacement items please reach out to Allison Brown (
We recommend you purchase your own gloves for sanitary purposes. We will schedule a time to exchange/distribute at an open practice.
Any NEW players can register for the training sessions and we can rent equipment.
